Bunker in Swiss land

The facn that more than 95% of the house in Swiss land has a bunker
in their house is supprised me a lot, since Swiss land is a Switzerland
has a long history of neutrality – it has not been at war since 1815.

Sara's boyfriend who works in Architectuer company in Swiss land,
told me yesterday at my "Apero Japonaise".
He said that most of the staff from other country in his office,
everyone is suprised at the fact, looking at the plan of each house.
In Swiss land, it was obligation to have a bunker in each building.
And they has to stock some food they can survive there.

Raclette is also a dish indigenous to parts of Switzerland,
Wallonia and France. The Raclette cheese round is heated,
either in front of a fire or by a special machine, then scraped
onto diners' plates; the term raclette derives from the French
racler
, meaning "to scrape". Traditionally, it is accompanied
by small firm potatoes (Bintje, Charlotte or Raclette varieties),
gherkins, pickled onions, dried meats (such as prosciutto and
viande des Grisons
), sliced peppers, tomato, onion, mushrooms,
pears, and dusted with paprika and fresh-ground black pepper.
